Nice shot. A tricky one for sharpening though. The cheat lines look sharpened to the max, but the rest of the plane is still a touch soft. I would give it a bit of selective sharpening to avoid the cheat lines.

I dont have my 200mm anymore so missed all the good things recently. I can see some halos on this image.. but cant help you as I really dont know much about sharpening.. as Alan keeps telling me ;-) The way I do it... is resize in stages to 1024, adding unsharp mask at each stage (260, 0.2, 0) as seen here http://www.swish-db.com/forum/Resizing-images-t25026.html (sorry to point to another forum!!) I use this method with all my aircraft shots. once applying this, I add USM once or twice again.. to see if it improves.. usually once more is enough (just filter, unsharp mask 260, 0.2, 0) Hope this helps!
