In which part of the process did you find problems ?
Firstly you need to download and install the client and MTLs from here: http://www.ivao.aero/softdev/
They are listed as
IVAP Version 1.3.4 and MTL Dynamic Installer (not for FSX) Version 2.0.1

thanks matthew for the reply
I downloaded IVAO eye, Team speak 2 and the IVAP ver 1.3.4 and the MTL installer. So far so good
I loaded FS2004 and programed a flight and started the IVAP and got connected.
The IVAO eye was loaded and I was online.
The problem is the team speak I manage to add a server and connected but did not listen any conversation. Also I did a flight plan and send it but did not appear on IVAO eye.
Hope I made my self clear
Thanks again

i think that you have to make TeamSpeak connect automatically and to remember you rpassword etc automatically... then enter a channel and you will be ok

I give it another try

Teamspeak should connect automatically after you enter/change frequency through IVAP.

Thnaks guys but I cannot communicate with any controller. I manage to connect, send a flight plan but no controller. May be I will have a word with you on the planka.

Did you check through IVAEye if a controller was online at that moment ? If yes then you should change to his frequency by right clicking VHF1 or VHF2. If no controller is online then you should use UNICOM which is a only text channel. Remember that only controllers near you will be listed and some controllers may not have voice available.
