Thats Alan and Charles... I'm still poor! HEHEHE
Hehe... Time for an Easter collection of money to get Ian a new L Lens? (Like the Istrina by Peppi Azzopardi) ;) just j/king
Actually mine is a 100-400mm , not a brillant top of the range lens at all (Vivitar), but it still serves me right and does the job... Actually I'm currently looking at a Tamron 28-300mm .. (That would be better!)
Mine doesn't fit with your body, otherwise I would have lent it to you for photos while I use my 80-210mm

Thanks :)
Well I must say that I am VERY happy with my lens and I think that it really makes miracles. HEHE. My only nit is the airshow cause I really like to have a fast lens. But hey... thats life man!

Certainly is! Oh and Ruben, ive been told that its not such a good idea to buy wide to tele lenses as in the 28mm-300mm you mentioned... however, that doesnt mean its true... but thought id mention it! Any thoughts anyone?

I think that I will go with Aaron on this one. Too much distortion I think from 28 to 300 plus I THINK it will be soft at 300.. check some reviews.. Im out till this evening.

Hey Ian...your not poor with a 75-300mm. I bougth a minolta 75-300mm from ebay for only Lm60 + Lm19 (taxes and stuff) = Lm79.. Not so bad! I mean that's good for MIA!!
