there is no need for an obvious reason. Just that I think it is pointless to ask such a question in this forum, because you won't get an answer. That's the way it is. No need to ask reasons for everything. Mind you the Typhoon display website states both days, but our airshow web states Sat only. Which of the two is the most updated? Who knows? Besides there is the Barcelona Airshow on the same weekend. The RAF has only one Typhoon display pilot....
