The Armed Forces of Malta BIRD DOG was removed from list at lastService History
The Air Squadron acquired five L-19E from the United States of America in January 1992 and were deployed for pilot training, coastal patrol, observation, photography and target towing.
The Bird Dogs were replaced by four ex-RAF Bulldogs in March 2000 (AS0020 - AS0023) followed by a fifth in 2001 (AS0124).
Four of Air Squadron's L-19E were sold in the Unitsed States of America some eight months after withdrawn from active service.
The fifth aircraft 9H-ACB at the Malta Aviation Museum on permament loan from the Air Squadron awaiting restoration.

9H-ACA, 9H-ACB, 9H-ACC, 9H-ACD, 9H-ACE.

I'm lookin' forward to this airshow! It seems to be getting better and better every couple of days!
Those Tecnams should be interesting, and of course the Swiss and Croatian display teams!

Well it is but don't count the chikens before they are hatched. The B-1's are not confermed yet. But I think it will be a super airshow with all these aircrafts!!
