Royal Air Force x2 Tucano (F)

panavia- 09-13-2006

2 x RAF Tornados removed from list. Does the Civil CL415 belongs to the Italian Civil Protection Department ? According to Italian official sources the Italian Air Force, Navy, Army, Carabinieri, Polizia di Stato, Guardia di Finanza and Guardia Costiera are not going to participate in airshows abroad anymore. They were not even not present in RAIT 2006.......................and as from next year onwards the RAF is to follow !!!!!!!!!!!! Mela bye bye Italian, British and German military aircraft :(

AndreaParascandalo- 09-13-2006

They are still there United Kingdom Royal Air Force 2 x Tornado GR4 S

It's time to see more aircraft from the US Air Force & Navy and some beauties of Russian Aircraft in our airshow :P

MarkZerafaGilson- 09-14-2006

Guys, unfortunately, budgets are becoming ever more restricted, the RAF, USAF and other NATO forces are engaged in two separate campaigns, things are bound to get tight, and airshows are the first things to go. Hopefuly, when a few world leaders change, the situation might inprove, oil prices might go down, and maybe air forces will have some money to burn on PR... But things being as they are, we'll soon see the Thunderbirds flying T-6s, the Freccie Tricolori flying SF-260s and the Red Arrows flying Tucanos.

AndreaParascandalo- 09-14-2006

Any shedules on when the aircrafts arrive ? or is it early to tell ?
