Maquette Boeing 307 Stratoliner 1:72 Just got this kit from model shop. I'm a big fan of propliners, so I simply had to have this one.
For those a bit unfamiliar with this bird, it was Boeing's first pressurised airliner, based on the B-17's flying surfaces. Ordered by TWA and Pan Am, the aircraft was not built in large numbers, as World War II intervened.
However, I am absolutely horrified by its quality, and will probably be retaining just the fuselage and will be cannibalising an Airfix B-17 for the wings etc.

Some times that is what you get.Unfortuntly not every company built up models we wish so you have to get the best out of it.Mach2 is one of them i had bought Super Frelon in 1/72 scale but i had to remove a lot residues from the mod.Not to manshion the canopy i had to polish it to make it more clear.
Having said that I prefer to have the model in my hands then hopeing it for
